4. Prices & Payment

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If a material pricing error affects an order already placed, we may contact you before completing the order.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

5. Custom & Personalized Products

Alchemist Tinq offers certain customized products, including products using:

• Customer photographs
• Family photographs
• Pet photographs
• Names
• Messages
• Scriptures
• Logos
• Artwork
• Custom wording or designs

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization information.

Customer-Provided Materials

By submitting a photo, logo, wording, image, artwork, or other material to Alchemist Tinq, you confirm that:

• You own the material, or
• You have permission to use it for the requested customization

You agree not to submit material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

You are responsible for claims arising from materials you submit without proper authorization.

6. Custom Design Proof & Approval

After receiving your customization request, Alchemist Tinq may adjust, resize, crop, format, or arrange the submitted material so it fits the selected product label.

A proof will be provided for customer approval before production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Photos
• Names
• Wording
• Spelling
• Dates
• Placement
• Overall layout and design

Production will not begin until the customer approves the final proof.

Once you approve the proof, you confirm that the design is correct and authorize Alchemist Tinq to begin production.

7. Final Sale on Approved Custom Orders

Once a customized design has been approved and production begins, the custom product is final sale.

Approved custom products are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund because of:

• Change of mind
• Design preference
• Customer-provided photos
• Customer-provided wording
• Customer-provided spelling errors
• Incorrect information supplied by the customer
• Design choices approved by the customer

If Alchemist Tinq produces an item that materially differs from the approved proof, please contact us so we can review the issue.

8. Custom Chapstick Requirements

Certain customized chapstick options may have minimum quantities, flavor requirements, or design limits.

The applicable product page will state the requirements for that custom option.

Examples may include:

• A minimum number of chapsticks per design
• Same-scent requirements
• Assorted-flavor packages
• Limits on the number of pictures or designs included

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected custom package before ordering.

9. Orders Containing Custom & Non-Custom Products

If an order contains both customized and non-customized products, the order will normally be shipped together in one package.

We do not automatically send ready non-custom products separately while the custom portion is still awaiting design approval or production.

The entire order may be held until the custom portion is:

• Approved by the customer, or
• Canceled

Adding a custom product may therefore increase the processing time for the entire order.

10. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather
• Holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Carrier disruptions
• Events outside our reasonable control

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and custom-order restrictions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the version of the Return & Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before use.

If you have known allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns, review the ingredient list carefully and consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, personal-care products are intended for external use.

Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.
