Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alchemist Tinq LLC! We hope you love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless we sent you the wrong product.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Package must be un-tampered.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at AlchemistTinqTinq@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you instructions on where to send your item.

3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, some items (like opened skincare or custom-made products) cannot be returned.
