Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Alchemist Tinq LLC. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
✅ Returns
We accept eligible returns within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, untouched, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Personal-care products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with are not eligible for return
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless Alchemist Tinq sent the wrong product.
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
The product and packaging must be untampered with.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Alchemist Tinq LLC.
🎨 Custom Label Orders
Custom-label products are created specifically for each customer.
After receiving your photo, wording, or design request, Alchemist Tinq will format the design to fit the selected product and send you a proof for approval before production begins.
Please carefully review:
- Photos
- Names
- Wording
- Spelling
- Placement
- Overall design
Production will not begin until you approve the final proof.
Once a custom design has been approved and production begins, the custom product becomes final sale.
Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of:
- Change of mind
- Customer design preference
- Customer-provided photos
- Customer-provided wording or spelling
- Incorrect information supplied by the customer
- Any design details that were approved before production
If Alchemist Tinq makes an error that differs from the approved proof, please contact us so we can review the issue and make it right.
📦 Orders Containing Custom & Non-Custom Products
If one order contains both customized and non-customized products, the order will normally be shipped together in one package.
We do not automatically send non-custom items separately while the custom portion is still being designed or awaiting approval.
The full order may be held until the custom portion is:
- Approved by the customer, or
- Canceled
Adding a custom product to an order may therefore extend the shipping time for the entire order.
📸 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please email AlchemistTinqTinq@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Shipping address
- Order number, if available
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the shipping box or mailer
- Photos showing any visible damage to the packaging
Please keep the damaged item and packaging until we finish reviewing the claim.
If the damage is confirmed, Alchemist Tinq LLC may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Damage claims submitted without photos or after the 3-day window may not be eligible for review.
📦 How to Start a Return
- Email AlchemistTinqTinq@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your name, order information, and reason for the return.
- We will review the request and provide return instructions if the item qualifies.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or the return is due to an Alchemist Tinq LLC error.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and personalization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used skincare or personal-care products
- Products or packaging that have been tampered with
- Approved custom-label products
- Personalized or custom-made products after production has begun
